itchy

Yup, that's right. We're getting mighty itchy to hit the road. Less than a month to go and we can't believe it. We got the apartment rented and we are thrilled with our new tenants. Now we feel secure knowing the place will be full and Jim Simmons and my Dad will keep an eye on the place for us.

1 and 1/2 months

Only a month before I'm done at work. I didn't think I would get short-timers so soon, but I can feel it coming on. Luckily, I'm busy which keeps me from looking at the clock too often, or counting the days (though I've been tempted). I just posted our apartment on Craigslist and have several inquiries so that is underway. Funny how you would think it wouldn't be any harder than moving, but it is. All those little things like magazine subscriptions, phone and cable that just seem to add up to a whole lotta lists. I just keep thinking of that hammock on the beach and it all seems worth it.
